5:00 am	Shakira gets up to go exercise
7:00 am	returns to his house again, raises his children to take them to study, has breakfast with his family
9:00 am	She goes out to make recordings, compositions of his songs, is pending his foundation barefoot from abroad. consumes mid-morning fruits
12:00 pm	picks up your children at school
12:30 pm	have lunch with her husband and children at home
2:00 pm	Take your children to language classes
4:00 pm	accompanies her husband Pique to his soccer training
6:00 pm	they return to their home to have dinner with their family
7:00 pm	she puts her children to sleep, reads a book before sleeping and shares time with her husband
9:00 pm	she goes to bed to get up early and start her daily tasks
